When the show started in 1998 the Romeo Cleaners did that part and the Romeos where nude cleaner. So we put a waiter behind the big sofa what where he served chips and drinks to the talkguests. The sofa did not covered all good parts away. I think this was the reason the show became popular on so many cable-tv-networks.

QUEER TALK - THE ROMEO TALKSHOW

Hi, I am Marcus the producer of »Queer Talk« what former called »The Romeo Talkshow« Well, we have all kind of musicans and artist in the show feed them up with cheap red vine and salt crackers. I am not only the producer, my duty is the waiterwork, too.

Later we tried to change this, but without the naked waiter noone love the show. On the other hand no guy was cool enough to to this job. So I did it by myself. Today when we have mostly artists and musicans in the show the idea in shocking the guests is gone. But all the time it is a surprise how the people react. Most of the guy guests became nervous, but no one left the studio quickly. I guess I will do is this so long the viewers like my body.
